Our Role

Hexagon Smart Homes operates as a digital marketplace connecting equipment owners, contractors, and property seekers. We are not the owner of listed equipment or properties, and we do not provide construction, trade, or property services directly. Equipment owners retain full responsibility for the condition, safety, and maintenance of their equipment.

Bookings and Payments

Payments made through the platform are processed via secure third-party payment partners. Funds related to a booking are held and released according to our escrow process, intended to protect both renters and owners until a job or rental is confirmed complete.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and resolve disputes in good faith through our support process where possible.

Limitation of Liability

Hexagon Smart Homes provides a platform for connection and payment facilitation. We are not liable for the condition of equipment or properties, the conduct of users, or losses arising from transactions between users, beyond the protections outlined in our escrow and dispute process.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a renter and owner, our support team will review submitted evidence (such as check-in/check-out documentation) to help mediate a resolution.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
